With 14,000+ acres just North of the San Jacinto River and Lake Houston, water activities, 6 golf courses, and miles and miles of greenbelt trails, make Kingwood a premiere place for recreational activities.

Kingwood is set for residential completion by 2005 and commercial completion after 2005.  The current population is 60,000 and the projected population at build out is estimated to total 65,000.  Just a few minutes north of Humble, Kingwood features exceptional shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, excellent public and private schools, and one of the best places in all of the Texas to raise a family.
